What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the subject and your message. When you place an order, we collect the details needed to deliver it, such as your name, email address and the plan you chose.

When you send a contact form message, we also pass on your IP address, which is used only to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, provide support, deliver and manage your order, and prevent fraud and spam. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Orders are placed on WhatsApp. Contact form messages and order fulfilment are handled through our partner platform, UKProviderNow, which receives the details you submit so our support team can reply and your order can be fulfilled. We also use service providers for hosting, email and messaging, including WhatsApp when you choose to message us there.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's session storage for small conveniences, such as remembering that you've already seen an offer or caching our support contact details. This is cleared when you close your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep support messages and order records only for as long as we need them to support you, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your rights
