Using this website

By using the Televo IPTV website, contacting us or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please don't use the site if you don't agree.

Orders and delivery

Subscriptions are digital products. After payment, your login details and setup instructions are delivered by email or message, usually the same day. The plan length, price and features are those shown on the plan page at the time you order.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for having a compatible device, app and internet connection, and for keeping your login details private. Sharing or reselling your login is not allowed unless your plan specifically includes it.

You agree to use the service only in ways that are lawful where you live.

Service quality

Streaming quality depends on your internet connection, device, app and the source channel. We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't promise that every channel will be available at all times.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case by case. Plans that include a money-back guarantee, such as IPTV UK Premium, are refunded under the terms shown on that plan's page. Contact support before requesting a chargeback so we can try to fix the problem first.

Partner plans

Some plans shown on this site are sold and fulfilled directly by our partner, UKProviderNow. Those purchases are covered by UKProviderNow's own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
